Love vs. Fear

The world, the Universe, and even ourselves all the way down to the very atoms inside us are all made of energy. It’s even been proven by Einstein’s very well-known equation E=MC2. We are energy, and it can be affected by what we do. All energy has a vibration that increases or decreases by what we do.

In your life, you can see its effect positively or negatively. By increasing your vibration or energy, you see better results in your life. On the other hand, decreasing this energy or vibration, you experience fewer effective results in more unproductive ones.

So, an obvious conclusion is learning to produce more positive energy. There is another term that can be substituted for these terms. love and fear. When you are in the essence of Love, it is an expansive feeling, but when you are in fear, it is a contracting one.

When I speak of Love, we’re not talking about some profound romantic thing; however, that is included in its scope here. Love is an all-powering positive emotion. You can love your dog, as well as your spouse. And how often have you heard someone say I love this (inanimate object). They are just expressing the positive emotional effect of that object in their lives.

When someone fears something, it causes energy to contract. One can imagine the imagery of someone balled up in a corner in fear, in this case quite physically shrinking themselves. Encompassing this are also emotions like hate or anger. They stem from the same branch.

We attract to us what we send out like magnets. So, if you are in the space of fear, anger, and depression, we only attract more of the same to us. But if we radiate positive Love, happiness, and positivity, it is a much more effective attractor. The adage about attracting more bees with honey applies.

I understand for many this isn’t easy. Bringing yourself from a seemingly downtrodden place to a positive one may not even seem possible. But it is worth it, speaking from a personal point of view. Just taking those first few steps begins to attract positivity into your life.

So, if you’re having a bad day, take just that one step toward being more positive. Say “Hello” to someone you walk by on the street or answer “Good” when someone asks you how you are doing. You will be amazed at the results. If you are already doing good send out just a little more. Give the people around you a little more attention. Put just a little more bounce in your step while walking. The Universe is just waiting to deliver you all the energy you ask for. You only need do it. So have a wonderful day, week, and Life.
